Intoduction

This section describes a method of moving payments between orders. It consists of two steps

1. Moving the order item to a virtual walk Transfer Booking
2. And creating a new booking where the price to paid is adjust by the amount transferred in the first step.

This mechanism was devised to handle the situation where a member mistakenly books for a partner or a guest. However, it then transpired that it works just as well for moving funds between orders for the individual member e.g. moving credits between years and using credits after a price rise.
