Moving Credits between Years

A credit is held as a booking of a virtual walk on the current years programme. At the end of the year there are no more walks on the programme that can be used to spend the credit.

Two options are available.

1. Cancel/void the order item and issue the member with a refund. This is the best option if the member is not currently active.
2. Transfer the funds and create a new credit on the new walk programme.

Moving the Credit.

This is identical to the steps in the previous section except that the new order is for the same member.

1. Find the credit and change the date from credit to transferred booking
2. Create a new order for the same member on the new programme selecting the walk to be credit and adjusting the price to be 0.
