Introduction

There are a lot of variations in the way that the mailing system can be used.

Two things are required, a message and a list of recipients, and there are two basic approaches that can be taken.

  1. You can start with a new message, or reuse an old message, and add the recipients.
  2. Or you can start with a list of recipients and opt to send a message to them. e.g. if you go into the events section of webCollect it will show you who is booked on each walk. You can then choose to send a message to everybody on a particular walk.

For simplicity, this guide will concentrate on two specific cases.
